Good morning ~ I took both of my pain meds last night and slept well - I didn't get up until about 8:15 AM. My housemate had already left for work. I can say that the back is starting to feel better, but I'm still having pain issues so after breakfast I took the muscle relaxer since I don't have any plans to go anywhere today.
ESPN is reporting that the Minnesota Vikings will hold a news conference at 1:30 PM CT and most certainly it's going to be to announce that Brett Favre has made the decision to rejoin the team for his 20th season in the NFL. After all, I don't think he would fly all the way to Eden Prairie just to inform the Vikings that he plans to retire and not come back! Vikings Kicker Ryan Longwell is saying that Favre told him that he is going to return to the team.
At any rate, I plan to watch the news conference and I'll have a post concerning it after it happens. SportsCenter is going to carry the news conference live. By the way, Brett turns 41 in October.
In other news....
I guess it's time for me to either go hit the shower or start laundry. I think I'll do the shower, then start the laundry.
