What happened in sunny Southern California was a total abdication of responsibility. USC has not only thrown Reggie Bush under the bus, but the school's president circled and ran over Bush with a victory lap.

USC president Max Nikias announced that the school will return its copy of the Heisman Trophy Bush won at the school. Nikias then blistered Bush in a written statement.
