HOOVER, Ala. — Chick-fil-A Bowl President Gary Stokan found Jordan Jefferson and Kelvin Sheppard outside a Wynfrey Hotel ballroom Friday and expressed to the LSU football players how excited he was about kicking off the 2010 season with them.
The feeling was mutual.
“We love coming to the Dome,” Jefferson told Stokan. “That’s our second home.”
LSU looks to improve on a 6-1 all-time record in the Georgia Dome on Sept. 4, when the Tigers open the season against North Carolina in the third annual Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game.
