Update

Here's an update....last night my housemate came in and I informed her about a story that Channel 3 had been following.  It concerned a series of house burglaries in a nearby neighborhood over the past month.  Of course she was not happy to hear this - it was news to her.  She and I talked about some options that we have.  I don't know if she may implement certain ones of them, though. 


Later, she left to go to the fitness club and then made a stop at the grocery store.  She returned home with a lot of groceries and she had stopped at a roadside vendor's stand and purchased a large watermelon.  Once she put all of the groceries away, she cut the watermelon up - and we enjoyed some of it.  


I was up even after she went to bed - she said she had to be at work early this morning as her company was having a teleconference at a certain time and she needed to be at her desk and logged in.  She said that she hoped that the bumblebee that chased her out of her office early will have disappeared by the time she got back to her desk this morning.


I finally went to bed; I found myself waking up about 3:30 AM and I got up and logged on to e-mail and checked it, then went back to bed around 5:00 AM.  I wound up sleeping in - my housemate was already gone by the time I finally got up about 8:15 AM.  I went on to eat breakfast and read the newspaper, plus take a shower and get dressed.  


I've been at home all day and on the computer off and on all day.  I did take a nap this afternoon while watching Shepard Smith.  Barbie Bassett says that we're in the mid-90's; my weather desktop says that it's 93, my thermometer registers 75.9 in my bedroom.
